Verimark’s policy on HIV/AIDS commits that nobody would be discriminated against based on their HIV/AIDS status.

Access to information on appropriate support and counselling services are available to employees affected by the disease.

A program was introduced which entails the following:

• Each employee on commencing employment with Verimark has the opportunity to attend a sensitisation session in terms of HIV/AIDS.
• Employees attend continuous educational sessions throughout the course of the year.
• Verimark conveniently located condom dispensers throughout the facility and provide condoms free of charge.
• Employees have access to information and education programs on HIV and AIDS from the HR department.
