As part of performance enhancement each employee has a Personal Development Plan, which assist the company in identifying talent and development needs. The analysis of these needs links directly into the annual training programme for the company.

The criteria are stringent which includes not only the fact that they have reached their sales targets but also recognizing the ‘extra mile’ they have gone to enhance sales or customer relations. In the warehouse a picker of the week and employee of the year is elected and rewarded.
