The vacuum cleaner was well packaged. It came with detergent and foam blocker, which was very helpful for me to start using immediately.
The suction power is very good, but you will still need to do a bit of pretreatment or mild scrubbing for stubborn stain removal on your couches or carpets.
The detergent smells divine.

Product does what was promised in the ads. The demo video could be ad tad more demonstrative when it comes to the actual deep cleaning. The instructions and demo do not show the dosage of anti foam. I had to write in to ask. Otherwise the demo video was a great help. I love a product that does what it promises.

Cleans great. I compared the cleaning to my old vacuum, and after vacuuming with my old vacuum first and then with the Genesis Hydrovac Extreme 2, the amount of dust I saw in the water was astounding. Having mostly carpets in my house, this vacuum cleaner was a serious necessity. So happy with it.
