ROAD TO 200K PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The Road to 200K Promotional Competition (“the Competition”) is conducted by Verimark (Pty) Ltd, registration number 1989/006800/07 (“Verimark”).

By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Period

The Competition commenced on 1 August 2026 and will close when Verimark’s official TikTok account reaches 200 000 followers, or at 23:59 on 31 October 2026, whichever occurs first.

Only prizes for milestones reached by the time the Competition closes will be awarded.

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.

Verimark directors, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers involved in the Competition, and their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members may not enter or win.

No purchase is required to enter.

4. How to Enter

Participants must follow at least one of Verimark’s official social media accounts:

• TikTok: @verimarksa
• Instagram: @verimarksa
• Facebook: Verimark (Pty) Ltd

Each follow counts as one entry into every remaining draw. Following Verimark on all three platforms provides three entries per draw.

Existing followers are automatically included, provided they meet the eligibility requirements. Participants must still be following the applicable account when the winner is selected.

Only one personal account per platform may be used. Fake, duplicated, automated or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified.

5. Milestones and Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at each of the following TikTok follower milestones:

110 000, 120 000, 130 000, 140 000, 150 000, 160 000, 170 000, 180 000, 190 000 and 200 000 followers.

Milestones are tracked using the follower count on Verimark’s official TikTok account.

A milestone is reached when Verimark’s official TikTok follower count first reaches or exceeds the applicable number.

At each milestone, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

If the follower count crosses more than one milestone between draws, a separate winner will be selected for each milestone crossed.

A participant may win only one prize during the Competition. Once a participant has won, they will be excluded from the remaining draws.

6. Prizes

There are ten prizes, each consisting of one R10 000 Verimark voucher. The total prize value is R100 000.

After verification, the winner may redeem the voucher:

• Online at www.verimark.co.za, with delivery to an address in South Africa. The winner will be responsible for the applicable delivery charge; or
• At a participating Verimark Emporium store.

The voucher cannot be used at Verimark retail partners or third-party retailers.

7. Voucher Conditions

The following conditions apply:

• The voucher is valid for one calendar month from the date Verimark sends the final voucher or redemption instructions.
• The exact expiry date will be confirmed by email.
• The full R10 000 must be redeemed in one transaction.
• If the purchase is less than R10 000, the unused balance will be forfeited.
• If the purchase exceeds R10 000, the winner must pay the difference.
• The voucher applies to the product value only and cannot be used towards delivery charges. Standard online delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds apply to the remaining amount payable after the voucher has been applied. Any applicable delivery charge must be paid by the winner at checkout.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold.
• No cash change, refund or credit will be provided for unused value.
• Products are subject to availability.
• Valid identification must be presented for an in-store redemption.
• An expired, lost, stolen or shared voucher will not be replaced.

Products purchased using the voucher cannot be returned for a cash refund. If a product is found, upon inspection, to have a manufacturing defect, Verimark will assist in accordance with its standard product guarantees and applicable consumer legislation.

8. Winner Contact and Verification

Winners will initially be contacted through the social media account associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and provide:

• Their email address
• Cellphone number
• Area of residence

Verimark will then contact the potential winner from an official @verimark.co.za email address to request a copy of their identification and any information needed to verify their eligibility and entry.

Participants should not send copies of their identification documents through social media.

Once verified, the winner must select online or in-store redemption. Verimark will then email the final voucher or redemption instructions. The one-month redemption period begins on the date of this email.

If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, does not qualify or cannot verify their entry, Verimark may select a replacement winner.

Verimark will never request payment to release a prize.

9. Winner Announcements and Privacy

Winners will be announced on Verimark’s website and official social media platforms. The announcement may include the winner’s name and social media handle.

Any additional participation in photos, videos or other promotional activities is optional. A winner may decline without losing their prize.

Personal information will only be used to administer the Competition, verify winners, arrange redemption and maintain legally required records. It will be processed in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation and Verimark’s Privacy Policy.

10. General

Verimark may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, cannot be verified or breach these Terms and Conditions.

Verimark may amend, suspend or terminate the Competition if reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical problems, legal requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Any changes will be published on the Competition page and will not unfairly affect rights that have already vested.

The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any participant’s rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable South African legislation.
